People at Waterloo Labs developed an electrode system to measure eye movement. The goal of this project is to control a Nintendo Entertainment System using solely eye movements. The custom-made setup uses electrodes and other technical stuff to record the eye movements and redirect the signals to the console.
The technology is currently under testing as a control method for Super Mario Bros.
This is fun, but it is not much practical to play games with eyes, because it will be difficult to pay full concentration on the game if you are controlling the game character with eye movements, but this technology can be useful to players with limited mobility/disabled gamers.
